BAFONI aluminum composite panel consists of a thermoplastic resin (polyethylene) core bonded between two aluminum. Externally consists of an outer layer of aluminum alloy coated with PvdF (polyvinyl fluoride) three-layer that provides resistance to corrosion and aging

Basic structure

1)      Protective film on the surface of the finished.

2)      Coating-basic level (polyester)   Or PVDF coating

3)      Ground coating=premier coating

4)      Aluminum Alloy sheet 1100 H14

5)      Macromolecule adhesive made by SK Korea, more than 90 degrees.

6)      LDPE(recycled-plastic) no-toxic Or fire-rated material

Material: 

 

The front side	aluminum alloy sheet coated with polyester resin(PE) roasting painting and fluorocarbon resin(PVDF).
Core	nontoxic polyethylene; fireproof plastic
The back side	aluminum alloy sheet coated with polyester resin(PE) painting or mill finished
